Welcome to our Automated Booking System
White Hill Farm Caravan Park has pitches in two locations. The first is Barnside, which is situated on your right as you enter the site. The second is The Paddock, which is situated beyond Barnside and overlooks the downs.
At the start of your stay you may arrive anytime between 2.00 pm and 6.00 pm. On the day of your departure please vacate the site by 11.30 am.
How To Make a Reservation
Scroll down to the pitch map and decide which pitch you would like to book. Then scroll down to the bookings calendar and select the date that you want to arrive on. When you click on the date you will be redirected to secure.hotels.uk.com which is where our booking system is hosted. This is a secure site that enables you to make your booking and payment online. Once you have made your booking you will receive an email confirming the booking. If you have any problems booking please email bookings@whitehillfarmcaravanpark.co.uk
Motor Homes
Please note that pitches 7 - 10 in Barnside are designated pitches for motorhomes. Please only use these if you are a caravan owner and no other pitch is available.
Make sure that you have the barrier code with you which will be sent to you when we send you your booking confirmation just in case there are no staff on site when you arrive. Without the barrier code you will not be able to enter the park.
Please note that we only accept payment by credit or debit card.
Please do not turn up at the park without a confirmed booking as you will not be accommodated.

Booking conditions
Please be aware that bookings are not confirmed as accepted until full payment has been received. You will be notified that your booking is confirmed once we have received payment in full. All bookings include VAT at 20%
Most breeds of dog are welcome. We do not accept any other pets. A maximum of two dogs per booking is permitted. Some breeds of dog, including those listed in the Dangerous Dog Act are not allowed so check with us when you book. Dogs must always be under the control of a responsible adult, kept on a lead and wear a collar with identity tag. You must clean up after your Dog. Dogs should not be left unattended on the site. If we think your dog is causing a nuisance or damage you will be required to remove it from the park.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions
If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify us in writing by email.
If you cancel up to 14 days before the start date of your holiday, monies will be refunded to you less an administration charge of 20% of the total booking cost.
If you cancel within 14 days before the start date of your holiday no refund will be issued.
